Welcome to the Glen Ellyn                 History Park Web Site

You can help make the dream of Glen Ellyn’s History Park become a reality.

Realizing the dream of creating a history park that will span over 175 years of Glen Ellyn history with a complex of museums, historic structures, research facilities, space for meetings and events, and lovely period gardens is the goal of the Glen Ellyn Historical Society’s Capital Campaign.

Learn how you can be a part of the most exciting new development in Glen Ellyn history since 1889 when Thomas E. Hill and others volunteered their money and effort to create Lake Ellyn.

Like the Glen Ellyn History Park itself, this Web site is a work in progress. Please check back often to watch it grow.
Stacy's Tavern Museum will be the cornerstone of the new Glen Ellyn History Park.
